What materials do you use for your signage?

Our signage is made from 1/8 inch cast acrylic sheets. Lettering is permanent adhesive vinyl, laser engraved, and/or cast acrylic.

What is your turnaround time?

Currently, our processing time is 8-10 weeks. It is best to inquire at least 6 months before your event date.

Do you accept rush orders?

That all depends on our availability. Please feel free to reach out and we’ll see what we can do. Please keep in mind that rush orders are subject to a 20% fee.

Do you accept returns?

All orders are custom and handmade, therefore we cannot accept returns. Please make sure that all details and spelling are correct before sign off.

Do you offer delivery and/or setup services?

At this time, we do not offer delivery and set up services for events. However, feel free to inquire. We might be able to work something out.
